Collide Drinks Shipping Policy

At Collide Drinks, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our customers across Australia. To ensure smooth delivery and fair pricing, please review our shipping policy below.
Minimum Order Requirement
To optimize freight costs and ensure the best experience for our customers, we require a minimum order of 12 x 330ml sleek cans per order.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.00 for all orders under $99.00.
For faster delivery, customers can choose express shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Delivery Times
We ship from either Orange, NSW 2800 or Banksmeadow, Sydney, NSW 2019. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and are typical for beverage deliveries in Australia:

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at hello@collidedrinks.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
