Returns and refunds policy
If a product that you have purchased from us does not match the applicable order, is defective, damaged (excluding damaged caused by you) or breaches a consumer guarantee, please immediately contact us at hello@collidedrinks.com.au.
You will need to provide us with a proof of purchase for us to process any return or refund. Photographic evidence may also assist us in processing a return or refund.
If our initial assessment determines that there may be an issue with the products, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the products.
All returns must be sent to 768 Amaroo Road, Borenore NSW 2800.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about whether your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@collidedrinks.com.au.
Where we are satisfied from the information you have initially provided that a product you purchased is defective, damaged (excluding damaged caused by you) or breaches a consumer guarantee, we may provide you with a refund without further inspecting the product. In that case, you must comply with our reasonable directions as to the return of the relevant product.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to cancel the order and provide a refund before the products have been dispatched, or to exchange the products for another product.
Where you have made a direct-to-consumer purchase via our online store and have changed your mind after making a purchase that has been dispatched or delivered, Collide Drinks will offer you a refund or an exchange provided that:

you return the product within 7 days of delivery;

the product is unopened and in a resaleable condition;

all original labels and sealed packaging remain attached to the product; and

you provide us with your proof of purchase (for instance your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase from Collide Drinks).
Please note that as part of our ‘change of mind’ policy the delivery fee incurred by you will not be refunded, nor will Collide Drinks be responsible for the cost of shipping any products back to Collide Drinks.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this returns and refunds policy limits any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
